Why did we start Newance?

We exist to solve the workplace chicken and egg.

To hire amazing talent, you need to have great opportunities.

Great opportunities are built by and around talented people.

You cannot have one without the other. We help our clients have both.

Angela Damiani and Jeremy Fojut, of NEWaukee fame, have a built an incredible reach across our community and have heard from people all over the Great Lakes region about what matters to them: CONNECTION.

Running a People Operations team and working in companies of all sizes, I learned about what mattered to employers: QUALITY.

We knew that by combining these experiences, we could provide a real solution to our region's well documented talent challenges.

As of June 2019, we've helped several growing tech startups hire highly skilled technical talent, we've built out onboarding and engagement programs and helped clients solve tricky performance issues.
